oWhat did I learn (growth/progress)?
I learned out to use the advancing of technology to offer ideas to other educators. Because I have never heard of podcasting, it was interesting and different to do. Although I'm not a major fan of it, I will try it one day in my classroom.
oWhat should I have done differently?
I realized that I could have worked on projecting my voice better and speaking a little more clearly. Also I saw that having a little more enthusiasm in my voice would help as well.

This artifact is important to my targeted career because it offers ideas to teachers about engaging students in various activities about culture and backgrounds that they may share or differ in.
