From this assignment I was suppose to accomplish being able to create a student product through various technology resources in which students can learn about different subjects through intergrating technology. In this case it was about food and restaurants and the different habits and beliefs.
What did I learn (growth/progress)?
From this lesson this lesson I learned how to not only incorporate technology into a lesson or an assignment but include culture, so that I can provide assistance to and comfort to those students who are non English Speaking students.
What should I have done differently?
Something that I should have done differently with this artifact is add a more hands on activity along with the technology piece to give the students a more visual approach to the assignment and standards used.
Why is this artifact important to my targeted career?
This artifact is important to my targeted career of an elementary school teacher because I must be able to adapt and use various resources to help all my students learn and succeed regardless of culture or background through technology.
