Goal #1: customize and personalize learning activities to address students' diverse learning styles, working strategies, and abilities using digital tools and resources
This goal will be achieved as I continue to improve my teaching skills. While I continue to explore the technology around us, I will think and create how can I develop lessons and activities that students can use to incorporate the diverse learning styles of the students. I will also ask my peers and mentoring teachers for advice on how I can intergrate technology. I will know when I have accomplished or reached my goal when the students are able to produce quality products in assignments or projects. This is an ongoing goal that will constantly change and progress because technology is constantly progressing.
Goal #2: demonstrate fluency in technology systems and the transfer of current knowledge to new technologies and situations
This goal will be achieved as I continue to research all the various technology around that will help me personally and in the classroom. I will refined my current skills and develop new skills to enhance the learning experience. I will ask friends and peers to help me develop these skills and I will also become more open and curious to what is around me. I will know when I have accomplished or reached my goal when I have learned more than I know now. I also know that this goal will take time and will be continuous because technology is progressing.

Technology is constantly changing and with this change, comes great responsibility. There are malfunctions that will always arise because it changes so much and everyone must keep up. With keeping up, it cost. It cost to maintain the updated technology, between anti-viruses, microsoft offices, pcs or netbooks or MAC computers themselves. Within in the cost keep up, we as educators must look into how much technology and how can the school receive those advanced technology pieces. Some schools will be able to keep up with technology, other schools if not have of the schools around the United States, especially in Georgia will not be able to keep up with the technology because of cost.
II. Goal GoalI would like to improve in technology, so I created to goals.

Being an education major I am allotted the opportunity to use the Teaching Materials Center which carries various technology equipment that will enhance our teaching experiences. While using the Education Building as a whole, students of the College of Education can use the the schools that they attend in field experience to enhance their technology experience if able. As stated earlier there are a lot of opportunities with and through technology that is all around us. The main source of this opportunity is the internet. The internet is making it possible for us to do almost anything that we want to do. Almost everyday it seems, as if the internet is constantly changing. We must take the internet up on their offer.
